Refund policy

All sales are final. There are no refunds or returns on canvases, kits, books or stitch guides/charts.
If you chose add-on threads for your canvas, we will accept the entire thread pack but not individual cards or skeins. Thread returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
